We are seeking an energetic Barback to support our bartenders and ensure smooth bar operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and efficient bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, glassware, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping counters and washing glasses
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and retrieving ingredients
- Handle kegs, ice, and heavy lifting as needed
- Remove empty bottles and trash, keeping the workspace tidy
- Support bartenders by refilling orders and providing backup during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar support role is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) and have reliable transportation
