Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Interact with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus, seasonal specials, and promotions
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Process transactions efficiently and handle cash and card payments
- Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving practices
- Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory control
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or event setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and drink preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess required state alcohol serving certifications
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
