We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional service. Your role will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable café experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages according to recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking accurate orders
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations
- Stock and organize ingredients, syrups, and coffee beans as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
