Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and ensure proper sanitation
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually clean items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen prep areas, including floors and trash disposal
- Assist kitchen staff with organizing and restocking clean dishes and equipment
- Monitor and replace cleaning supplies as necessary
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to lift heavy trays, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist in other kitchen duties as needed
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
