Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s booking system
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
- Answer guest inquiries about menu items, restaurant policies, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area
- Assist in handling customer concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy restaurant setting
- Positive and welcoming attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
