We are seeking a detail-oriented Line Cook to prepare dishes and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen. As a key team member, you will be responsible for executing menu items with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and kitchen procedures
- Ensure food is plated attractively and meets quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage
- Assist with food prep and ingredient portioning before service begins
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
