We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Server to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. As a key part of the service team, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure all items meet quality standards
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a restaurant service role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
